I even messaged the management company and specially asked if it was directly on the water and was told yes. It was an easy walk down to the pier & pool, but I enjoy sitting on the decks overlooking the water. It’s a stress relief for me so that was important. I will be renting in this cul-de-sac again. The wooden walkway that led to the beach was closed for repairs. Kinda looked like it has been that way for awhile. We had to take to trail to the beach that was harder for my wife to walk in. The property was great all in all just a further walk to the beach than expected."
