"This property is very close to the US/CAN border. Their property pictures look much brighter than reality. I upgraded to a “premium” room, which had a back door entrance for convenience to your car. Also, there was a bit of a view of the lake. There was a super Irish pub walking distance from the hotel just across the parking lot. The food was great and well priced. As far as the room goes, the beds were made, but it didn’t look fresh. There was big pieces of cardboard under the mattress, that’s stuck out from the mattress that you would gash your leg on every time you walked by. My husband’s bed was better in that the board had been pushed in further. There was a definite, strong Deodorizing smell when we first walked in, so I opened the door for a while to air out the room. Also, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet plane. If you’d like to sleep with noise cancelling sounds, you’ll be in seventh heaven.! staff was lovely and helpful. At least they had a disposable glasses in this place. The last days in we went to in London Ontario didn’t have any glasses at all or cups.!!"

"Clean room, comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and attentive. Good location close to the bay and nice to walk through Centennial Park. Great place to stay while visiting Sarnia. "

"Overall is a good hotel. Rooms are clean, facility is in good condition, staff is very friendly, breakfast was ok. My only complaint is that the AC is probably in need of routine maintenance; it doesn't keep the room cold. Other than that, i would most likely recommend to friends and family and reserve in the future. Thank you!"
