  • New Construction, completed May 2021. This kid friendly, luxury home easily accommodates a large group or multiple families. Equipped with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, heated salt water inground pool and off street parking for 6-8 vehicles. Convenient location- 3 blocks to Point Pleasant Beach and a short walk to Jenkinson's Boardwalk for food, rides and family fun! Enjoy an open floor plan for easy entertaining. The expansive kitchen with large island and breakfast nook, as well as separate dining area, provides ample seating for all. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to create memorable meals. The living room includes a gas fireplace as well as a large screen television.

    Your private outdoor oasis includes heated salt water pool, gas grill and dining area, as well as outdoor TV. Covered patio area next to pool for an escape from the sun after a long day at the beach.

The very clean house is conveniently located 3 blocks from the beach and is well-stocked. The pool provides a great place to relax, and the beds are comfortable . Our family had a great time making memories here.

Good location and the kitchen was very well stocked. Multiple areas for gathering. it was very clean and there is plenty of room for parking. More towel racks and hooks would be a good addition to all the bathrooms. More hand towels would be welcome, too. A wonderful house for multi-generational gatherings.

Had an incredible weekend at this home. Beautiful open layout perfect for a family gathering. The home has everything you need. All the rooms were comfortable. Only thing missing was more towels and paper products! Otherwise awesome.

Love the location and all the rooms - was perfect for a large group of couples to all have our own rooms! The island was a big topic of conversation as it was so big and where we all would congregate! Loved the pool too - just wish we could have used it more but it raw raining! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Reunion

This house was perfect. Clean as a whistle wh3en we came in with everything you needed to spend a relaxing holiday together. The living space was so large we could all be together in one room. The outdoor space was beautifu and it was a quick wald to the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely stay there again!!

We had a wonderful time, and the house was beautiful, and so filled with light, a perfect summer house! Jen provided everything you needed before you even realized you needed it! Friend's time on the shore for our wedding

We booked this house to accommodate a sizeable group for our wedding. 7 Bedrooms housed 7 couples. We never felt cramped on space - the place was huge and had everything we needed. I was really glad to see my friends spend so much time there, in the backyard grilling, or at the pool, or even just on the couches. We had a great time and the hosts were super communicative. Great house for families

The house was great. It was several families with children and everyone had a blast. It was great to have so many bedrooms and large main room with large table where we all could eat meals. It was a nice location just a few blocks from beach and boardwalk. And the kid favorite was the outside TV near the pool. The kids would switch between swimming and watching a show and they loved it. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would recommend this house to families with kids.

Great August Stay

Our recent stay at this fantastic beach house was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly tailored for families and friends of a larger size, it offered everything we needed for a memorable vacation. The house was a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was incredibly convenient to pop back and forth from the beach to the house. The proximity allowed us to make the most of our beach days without the hassle of parking and lugging gear too far. The property size was amazing. The house provided ample room for both adults and children to spread out and enjoy. The open plan living area is perfect for socializing. The kitchen was well equipped, which made meal preparation a breeze, and the dining table accommodated our large group. The house was clean upon arrival. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. In all, this beach house is perfect for friends and family to come and enjoy.

July 4th Week long vacation

6 couples and our kids stayed the week and it was nothing short of amazing. The house was great so close to town and the boardwalk. The pool was amazing and the owners were so nice and accommodating. Will definitely be looking to rent this property again in the future.

Perfect Point Pleasant

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly appointed for a multi generational family gathering like ours! We aged from 9-83 & everyone had a great time. We cooked most meals in the well appointed kitchen. Lots of room to eat & gather together. The beach is close walking distance & great addition to the house. Nice to have so much parking. After planning this trip for almost a year, we were not disappointed!
