Anny's Treetop on the Quietside Mt Desert Island,& Acadia National Park
10/10 Excellent
"Nice location on the quietside of the Island. Anny had great recommendations for hikes and restaurants Tharp were close by so we enjoyed activities rather than spending a lot of time in the car "
"Very friendly staff. The indoor pool was nice - good size with towels, shower, hot tub, etc. We stayed in one of the little cabins in back and it was great for our family of 5. Included breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. We would stay here again."
"The room was nice and clean, the included breakfast was really good and had a lot of different food options to choose from. Also they made a fire every night and had s’mores provided which was a nice touch. "
"Reminder to attend to dehumidifiers as we were A wonderful stay at a very elegant hotel with helpful attendants. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only complaint was being Awakened by our dehumidifier in our room 101 needing to be emptied both nights. Also Room 101 is located where guests can sit on the porch right outside of the windows to the room and so their conversations can be overheard quite easily. Perhaps a sign indicating conversations can be overheard. Other than that. Loved it."
Quiet 3-bedroom house in Southwest Harbor, perfect for families with pets!
10/10 Excellent
"Tucked away off the road, in a great location on the "quiet side", away from the crowds of Bar Harbor. Easy access as a home base to explore Acadia and all the island has to offer. Had a great time visiting Maine on our family vacation!"
"The cabin is new with retro-style decor. As we entered, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. It was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. It’s located in a nice spot.
Aaron is knowledgeable, and he provided detailed information about the places to visit in Acadia. The personal touch makes a difference. They serve breakfast with homemade pastries—yum! "
