"I cannot emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our stay in the cabin we had selected. Unfortunately, there was a malfunction with the electronic key system on arrival (and no clear back-up in an accessible location). We were given access to another (much smaller) cabin for 24 hours until the property management team were able to send out a representative to fix the issue. "Louise was a lovely hostess and very helpful. I went in the winter time so you have to be prepared for lots of snow and have winter tires. It is quite a rustic spot and very peaceful. I stayed there as I was doing the Canadian ski marathon. It was a lovely place to come back to after a long day skiing. "
