Excellent property and perfect staff!

Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing!

From being welcomed at the hotel to the final check out the staff were so friendly and went that little bit extra to make sure our stay was an amazing one. The choice of food and drinks were great and we were able to book the speciality restaurants with ease. Pools were great along with the choice of water sports that were included. We would like to say a big thank you to Angele who did a great job in looking after us in the Nirvana part of the hotel and Sheila who kept our room spotlessly clean. Also Klea who made sure we always had a drink in Latitude and Owen who worked at the bar there and also in Jade with his drink recommendations. Bayo also made sure we had food and drinks around the main pool. So a big thank you to these and all others that made our stay as special as it was. Hoping to return in the future.

Definately stay in the Nirvana adult only side if you want to have quiet stay without the noise of kids. Nirvana rooms also have butlers that are amazing especially Kesaven. Also the Nirvana pool bar employees took good care of us especially Espoir. We stayed here for honeymoon and truly enjoyed it.

Everything in during our stay was great, the staff was adorable! Every day started with a delicious breakfast, by far the best we've eaten, the pastries were our favorite part! We will come back here without hesitation!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the most perfect trip! Our first all inclusive experience and we were truly spoilt…every single staff member was friendly and attentive, our room was amazing with the sea view, the different dining options around the resort were delicious and there was so much choice! Also loved the day, sunset and evening programme of activities that the hotel had on everyday There was so much space and different areas of the hotel so plenty to fill your days It was nice perfect relaxing trip we needed after our wedding I will definitely stay here again when I return to Mauritius!

Went for my Birthday, ocean view room was simply breathtaking. Staff was courteous and pleasant, Jane (Manager) went above and beyond to make sure my stay was all I could’ve dreamed of. Grounds were well maintained, everyone was so accommodating. 12 out of 10 ⭐️

A wonderful property perfect for a relaxing, indulgent holiday. We stayed here for 7 nights and had one of the ocean facing rooms. The room was huge with very comfy beds. We had an all inclusive package so it was very convenient, even the mini bar(once during the stay) was included. The view from the room was to die for and it’s a very well maintained property. The dining options are great with a very lavish buffet spread in Nomad restaurant along with 3 other restaurants. We found the pools clean and the water activities fun. In the evening there is live music in the lobby and the whole place is so lively. Plenty of games and recreational activities, ideal for kids. The staff are polite and courteous. We have come back extremely relaxed and content. Highly recommend. Tip: top floor rooms have amazing views, go for that.

This hotel is amazing. From arrival, the ocean view and the property takes your breath away. Staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to help you regardless of what you need. The rooms are spacious, catered to twice a day, clean, and pleasant to stay in. The view from the rooms is also spectacular. There isn't a single thing I can point out as negative and I would gladly go back there. Breakfast at the hotel is of excellent quality and offers many options for all tastes. The selection changes every day and staff is wonderfully trained to take care of every need. The hotel disposes of 4 restaurants, serving all tastes. We found the prices steeper than what we would have expected, in some cases even more expensive than London. Nevertheless this resort has everything one could wish for and even if you don't want to travel around the island like we did, you won't miss a thing.

We were disappointed because at the arrival they give us orientation and tell us the butler will be looking after us for everything we need and never come until the day before the last day I found him. The shuttle that they offer to take us to the restaurant and around the property always takes too much time to come and pick up us. At this waves restaurant few dogs were close to the restaurant area at dinner time. For the money that we paid we expected better service overall.

Lovely hotel and location, can’t say a bad word about the experience we had there. The building, the scenery and the water were all really nice. The only downside for us was the value for money. For the money you pay, I would expect more to do in the resort and far less supplementary costs. We came here on our honeymoon looking for a luxury once in a lifetime type experience and the amount of things that were additional costs on the menus and the general price of things (including the alcohol) was too high and put us off really relaxing and treating ourselves. I would have spent far more if I felt I was getting better value. Engaging evening entertainment was lacking, whilst the artists that were on were amazing they were all very relaxation mode and on an evening left us with not much to do, so each night we just went back to the room after food. The staff were brilliant and attentive, the rooms were nice and the food was good but I don’t think I would stay here again, there was nothing special beyond the beautiful Mauritian scenery.

A really gorgeous resort based in the North of the island. I went with my partner for a romantic holiday and it was lovely place to relax and unwind. The team can't do enough for you and really looked after us. Make sure you pay for the All Inclusive package as it's well worth it - aside from the buffet, all restaurants are Ala Carte and although not everything is included without a supplement, we found there was enough to choose from. We particularly enjoyed Kumin which is an Indian restaurant (where they prepared the most amazing tandoori dishes, curries & nan bread) and watching the sunset at Waves, listening to some gorgeous voices & acoustic vibes - the entertainment was generally very good. We also took advantage of the water sports which are all included. Just make sure you grab some sea shoes when you collect your towel as the coral / stones make getting into the sea painful unless you are prepared! A special call-out to Artee in customer services who was lovely & very helpful, Owen in the bar and Juliano who provided a lot of entertainment. We'll be back :)

Nice facilities, not - 5 star experience

Had a very nice room. Water didn’t drain in sink and toilet was smelly, but that was fixed after a call to reception HOWEVER. It took the hotel 3 days and 4 people to organise a tennis lesson for me. 2 days and several people to show me a different room category. There is an archery range. Turns out that there is only supervised access on certain days. In the 5 days I have spent here, I have not seen anyone (and my room was right across) Called for a golf cart to take me to the boat house for a snorkeling trip that didn’t show up, so I had to make a run for the boat house to catch the boat. Asked for an umbrella that never arrived, so walked the pretty far walk to reception in the rain. Doing things you say seems rather optional. My room was situated next to a pool that played charts music loudly every now and then. All in all I decided to change location despite the nice facilities. At a resort like this, you pay for the whole experience. It does not help if you have a dress code at dinner (which I love), but play techno by the poolside. The nicest spa does not make up for waiting around forever for your tea at breakfast or dirty tables in an empty restaurant while the staff hangs out at reception chatting. Little design flaws, like the faulty installation of the shower door do make a difference (instead of keeping water in the shower, it actually pushed water out of the shower basically flooding the bathroom after every shower).

This was our first time in Mauritius, and staying with you made it truly memorable—we’re already thinking about our next trip! We stayed at Nirvana and loved the peaceful adults-only pool, daily sunset cocktails, and having Dylan, our amazing butler, who went above and beyond for us. Highlights of our stay included: -Stunning beaches and well-kept pools with ocean views -Daily activities like archery, aqua fun, yoga, and watersports -Delicious seafood and varied cuisines at the restaurants -The relaxing presence of birds, friendly cats and dogs around the resort Most of all, we were blown away by the warmth and care of the staff.
