Welcome to our 3 bedroom beach home walking distance to Parlee beach and also features a separate 1 bedroom guest house located in the private backyard. This property has everything & is perfect for family events. Walking in notice the open concept layout with the 3 bedrooms, bathroom off to the left of the cottage and the Florida room is located to the right off the kitchen. After enjoying the day at the beach, enjoy a nice BBQ while finishing off the night at your cozy firepit in the backyard.

Great family getaway
We enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal, beautiful spot, and we all (8 people) had enough room to spread ourselves out. The only improvements to be made are in the small details. We didn't have a toaster (the owner brought us one after) , no BBQ utensils, cooking spoons, no locks on the bedroom & bathroom doors, no curtains or blinds and some windows lacked screens. I'm sure that in time, the owner will fix these. Thanks!

C'est un bel endroit pour un séjour en famille, spacieux, avec une belle cour arrière. Il est bien situé, calme et proche de la plage. Nous avons également grandement apprécié les thermopompes, qui nous ont permis de rester confortables malgré la canicule. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par certains aspects qui nous feraient hésiter à séjourner au même endroit lors d'un éventuel voyage à Shédiac. Il était indiqué dans la description de l’hébergement qu’il y avait un bain à remous, ce qui n’était pas le cas. L’état de propreté était passable par endroits (poils d’animaux sur les meubles, poussière sur le tapis, croquettes pour animaux sous le divan. De plus, un des deux éléments du four n’était pas fonctionnel, ce qui a compliqué la préparation des repas. Enfin, nous avions vu lors de la réservation une évaluation d’un client en 2022 mentionnant que certains détails nécessitaient des améliorations pour rendre le séjour parfait. Nous avons été déçus de constater que certains de ces détails n’avaient pas été corrigés (manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, couteaux difficiles à utiliser, absence de rideau dans la salle de bain). L’hébergement a du potentiel et nous croyons qu’avec des changements relativement mineurs (retirer la mention du bain à remous, un entretien ménager plus approfondi et une meilleure attention aux détails), tout pourrait être parfait.
