The location was perfect—right across from Galveston Boulevard, so we just had to cross the street to get to the beach. Everything was really close by, which made our stay very convenient. The hotel has a pool that’s open from 10 AM to 10 PM, which is a nice touch. I also appreciated that housekeeping came by daily to tidy up and bring fresh towels. We only had one minor issue with the room key, but it was actually my fault. I had left it in a locker all day, and since it’s magnetic, that probably caused the problem. The front desk staff were helpful and not rude at all—they fixed it right away. No hidden fees, and the A/C worked great throughout our stay. I honestly wouldn’t mind staying here again!"
