"We found Cote Ocean online after spending a night at the nearby Ibis Hotel. It was perfect, our own little apartment in a laid back beach community a short drive South of La Rochelle. Our hosts there were very nice, easy to deal with and helpful with suggestions about the nearby area. We hope to return the next time we visit France."

"very nice little hotel with a pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. small kitchenette (fridge and kettle). The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town it is in, so it is a bit of a walk to the nearest shops etc. If travelling by bus to the island also a bit of a walk from the nearest bus stop. "Perfect location, extremely clean room, quite small but more than adequate, brilliant air conditioning. Near sports bar/casino with magnificent restaurant not too expensive. Nice walk through the park into town, also close to a small beach that had people swimming in the sea, didn’t use it myself as only there for one night."
