"Maddie’s is a beautiful character home. Our room was absolutely sparking clean and beautifully furnished. The staff went beyond what we expected, even provided a sewing kit and set up an ironing board! A full delicious breakfast was served topped off with freshly made muffins and barista-made coffee. This was our first stay but definitely will not be our last!"

"Even before we arrived, I knew we would have a great experience, mainly because of a series of email exchanges with Richard. On arrival and for 5he 2 days we were there, we were impressed with the detail and thoughtfulness of this hospitality. Beautiful house on top of a hill, close to the vieneyards and concert venue, excellent breakfasts and the added extra of transport to and from bimbadgen made this a stay to remember. "We had the best time staying at HV Cooperage B&B. Gay and Warren were perfect hosts, so friendly and there to help with whatever we needed. They even let us check out late at such short notice. The breakfast both mornings was amazing (sorry I couldn’t finish all my pancakes, Warren!). I was a little disappointed that there was very small tubes of shampoo etc for two person stay over two nights and a request for fresh towels seemed to be an extra forty or so dollars. I never mind paying for accommodation so long as I don't have to supplement basics like shampoo or fresh towels, particularly as the nearest shops are about twenty minutes drive away. I would have packed them myself but have stayed in hundreds of hotels and things like fresh towels and...
