Modern holiday home in Kakma with 4 cosy bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 people. Luxury property is ideal for group of couples or family with a lavish private pool and sea nearby. With a convenient location, both the sea and nightlife can be enjoyed in just 6 km. The Lake can be reached in 8 km for a relaxing picnic. Given the scenic surroundings, the property can be great for both romantic and fun stay. The property comes with a private pool, terrace and a fenced garden with barbecue facility. It is an ideal spot for couples or even families with children. Public transport is available at a convenient distance of just 300 m. The airport is just a 15 km ride away which makes it a very feasible holiday home for a beach vacation.

Zeer fijn ruim vakantiehuis met zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Heel gastvrij. Alles ziet er echt super netjes uit. Het zwembad was echt het hoogtepunt. De kids konden er geen genoeg van krijgen. Dit huis is echt een aanrader. Veel privacy en ligt zeer rustig (vonden wij wel fijn). Binnen 10 minuten ben je in Biograd. Grote supermarkt ligt ook op 10 minuutjes. Vlakbij (5 min lopen) zit een klein winkeltje waar je brood kunt halen. National Park Krka is ook goed bereikbaar (45 minuten). Wel heel druk. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad. Pluimpje voor de eigenaar.
