It was ok, however with many annoyances: host was slow and unresponsive in confirming check in details, the building issues you an access card but the card only works for the elevator: for any door, you have to stand there and look like an idiot until someone else scans you through, beds were very hard, apartment door automatically locks after about 3 seconds which isn’t long enough to open the door, walk out, and close the door, and there is construction...

"Location, location, location!! You are located in the perfect area to explore Condesa/Roma and it’s well priced. There are a lot of parks nearby which was perfect for our toddler. "We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host provided 2 swamp coolers for each bedroom which kept the apartment cool. This location is 2 blocks from the Antara mall and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Very safe area with incredible views from the apartment. "

I think foreigners prefer white bed linen because it purposefully shows when they are not clean I would add a small box of tissue paper and a roll of paper towel Also we prefer white towels I convinced people would be willing to pay a few more dollars for these conveniences Perhaps locals don’t care about color of linen and towels The dish washer sponge smells, it would be better to cut those in half and toss after use Those are just suggestions I liked...

"We loved our stay in Polanco. The property is in a great location, has a beautiful patio overlooking the street, and has a Walmart grocery within two blocks for groceries. The three main rooms were spacious; the fourth was pretty small. No air conditioning but tons of fans and a nice breeze from the large windows. We loved that there was a 24 hour doorman and Andrea was communicative over the VRBO messenger and constantly checked in with us. Overall, great stay!"
