"The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed help/had a question. If it were just down to that alone, it’s be 5 stars. I had an OKAY stay… the elevator needed a good vacuum/sweeping. Every time I was in there it was really messy. During my 5 day stay, on day 3 I had a family with multiple children above me playing parkour it seemed… I didn’t complain or asking to move because it would’ve been a hassle. On day 4, I ended up waking up to movement near my window (I was on the 2nd floor btw). It was a construction worker hammering/drilling into the side of the building by my window. I didn’t have the privacy shade up and you could see through the wispy curtain… absolutely no one told me about this happening during my stay or near my room. If I would’ve known this I would have asked for a new room. They started work early… and especially as someone who was traveling with a huge time difference, I was VERY annoyed."

"The roo.s were very clean even under my black light but the staff seems very motel-ish. No one was ever at the front desk and if you wanted to buy something like a soda or snacks, they had to go through a totally unnecessary procedure on their computers just to get a snack which was ridiculous and the VERY LOUD closing of doors through out the night was horrible. Parking is horrible because they share a lot with the Korean restaurant next door so you don't know where it's safe to park and where it is not safe because they will tow you. Other than those things it was a decent place to stay especially if your just sleeping there and going out for the majority of the day."

"The location was pretty remote but so was the location I was attending. There isn't a bar in the hotel nor a real restaurant.So dining and meetings need to be at other locations. Breakfast was good"

"Soap dispensers were empty. I requested replacement and never received one. Asked the second time the next day and the receptionist brought it to me and there were no other supporting staff to assist her. Only one waiter in the restaurant. Menu is not great either."

"We have stayed here for many years for business. Rooms are clean. Somethings like bathroom doors can use a little maintenance, they can be loud when opening and closing. For someone who has never been there the bathroom door is a sliding pocket door. Regular coffee in the rooms is not good, we don't remember it being so bad, maybe they changed vendors. Big plus is they offer coffee in main lobby all the time so we can grab extra cups and coffee creamer before going up to the room. Big gripe for us is NO chocolate candy of any kind at the little market counter in main lobby. Usually after a long day we grab a Snickers, Three Musketeers or Reese's cups - this time nothing! Just a bunch of sugary stuff & chips. Breakfast can be iffy - we usually try to grab a bagel to go - sometimes that's empty. Also would be nice if they had breakfast sandwiches with NO meat just egg & cheese. Big thanks to the staff who have always been very cheerful, pleasant and helpful."
