"We stayed at the Aloft Montreal Airport for two nights. The hotel was very clean, modern, and conveniently located near the airport, which is exactly why we chose it—we wanted to avoid driving through downtown Montreal. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and the hotel has a nice bar. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed cold and unwelcoming. At check-in, the front desk associate barely acknowledged us, said only a few words, handed us our room...
