"The room was cute and clean, and I loved having access to the peaceful terrace, a quiet escape within the bustle of the city. The neighborhood is excellent, a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum but with not as many tourists as you would expect so close to a tourist hotspot. Angelo and the staff at the Urbana47 restaurant were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Can't recommend enough!! "

"We just stayed for a week at this property. Excellent communication with the host , they adjusted some things for me so I can leave my luggage before check in time. We loved everything flat, location etc I have no complaints. If you are looking for a great property while you are in Rome. This is the one. You can literally walk to anything (sightseeing sights)if you want. Or Uber , it’s cheap. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Nice, clean, close to Colosseo and subway. Friendly owner. Love the location. Please mark the floor and room numbers, better to put a sign or name on the door. I went to a wrong floor and wrong door a couple times. All rooms are same doors, so confusing."

"Small apartment style home centrally located very convenient. Close to shopping, dining and train. If you are coming from the US, bathroom counter is a bit smaller than we are used to and air conditioner not quite as strong but this seems to be par for the course in Italy. Apartment is one level one so up one flight of stairs. Kitchen is small however we did not cook so was perfect for us to store drinks on the fridge. Location was very nice easy to walk out and enjoy dining and night life....

"Enjoyed staying here in May 2024. Had a couple of issues using VRBO app but good communication via email from host. The train details we were sent were from the other airport - slightly confusing initially but soon found a bus. The only complaint is the shower isn’t great but we’d definitely stay here again if in Rome."
