The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was the star of the show with an amazing Buffett and self serve espresso/ cappuccino. "Convenient location, walking distance to tour bus stops, metro train is just right outside the hotel. Customer service is excellent! We forgot our tour ticket , the front desk staff immediately e mailed us our tickets right away. We appreciated all the information they provided . Housekeeper did a great job in cleaning our room."

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel is at a walkable distance to Roma Termi, there are enough travel options to get you around the city with a 5-10 minute walk towards bus stops. Overall, for the price we paid, felt like a good deal."
