"the hotel was brand new and super clean and fresh as expected.
However; staff is new and not very familiar with the hotel yet. plus there were small but annoying imperfections; that need improvement.
some examples:
1-pool steps are super slippery, and no hand rail. was almost having an accident and bump my head to the sharp edge of the pool.
2- the door handles are absurdly hard to open; so much so that i got stuck in the bathroom a couple minutes, until i had to twist the door knob with all my...
