The only downside was that complimentary drinking water wasn't provided. Having to purchase bottled water separately was disappointing and felt out of place for an all-inclusive hotel. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay."

"The room we had was big, with a very comfortable bed and a cute little balcony. It was very clean. The staff, food and site were amazing. Beautiful resort. Nothing was too much trouble and they even offered us food and drink when we arrived at 2am."
