"It's not a matter of maintenance, it's a matter of appearance. They should remodel the rooms. Simple changes would give them a new look. The furniture and beds are fine, but they should remove the carpets, replace the bathtubs (they could be fiberglass showers), change the interior colors of the rooms (they feel a bit sad), and definitely replace the curtains."

"The room was clean, water nice and hot, plenty of eateries to choose from, beds was comfortable as hell. Would I come back? Hell yeah!! I really enjoyed my weekend here. Hotel staff was A1!! Fantabulous customer service!! No complaints here."

"The vintage feel was my favorite part!!! Walkable to Volcano Bay and shuttles to the parks!! Pizza delivery and milkshakes! The two things I’d change are luggage sent to the room and there shouldn’t be a charge for parking if you are a guest. "
