"The room was clean but only had a single trash can with no garbage bags. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more and was told they would be delivered to our room after they were folded and never came. Overall a good stay though"

"Stay was great - courteous staff, cleanliness. Breakfast for a weekend should be until 10am, not 9am! We did not make the breakfast time."

"The room was shabby and lacked any amenities other than soap. The front desk person was unable and help with anything as she said her boss was the only one capable. For example I asked her to print something and she gave me the email address. When I returned to pick it up she said it went to her boss so it was unavailable "

"My son and I had an amazing time. Very relaxing. We even rented one of the boats for open water fishing. My son loved fishing from the boat. His happiness was worth every penny."

"I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here. Hopefully Expedia refunds me because I had To go to the Angler Hotel across the highway (which i highly recommend)"

"Fun stay, unique no frills property. Nice new deck to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Cute, clean guesthouse, comfortable king bed in main house. Wi-Fi spotty at times, full size mirror would be nice. Overall nice time."
