"The food was ok and was plentiful. Drinks were plentiful as well including alcoholic drinks. The staff was nice except when we asked to have the room cleaned better. They only gave us new toiletries when we asked and we stayed a week. Biggest down side was it was an old kind of run down hotel."

"was looking forward to our stay in Albena, as we have stayed in this resort before but not at this hotel We were not impressed, no lift 4 flights of stairs and a disabled guest they were informed about. The location is great, it's minutes away from the beach, but a lot of the beach is private and it will cost you to use their territory. There is a free bit of the beach opposite to the hotel ..."
