We must have stayed during a slower time as there were not many guests, so we felt like we had our own private oasis. We had dinner both nights at the hotel and it was excellent. The head chef was fantastic and so friendly. It was also a bonus that he knew english! :-)"

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"Recommended. Lovely hotel - beautiful view to local hilltop village. Nice high end restaurant. Great 25m swimming pool - is shared with child lessons - we asked nicely and got our own lane most of the time. Area has lots of proper old Italy to explore and discover."

"Hotel is in a good location walkable to the historic centre but the road in is winding and the GPS may need to be ignored for some turns. Room was clean and comfortable and service friendly and helpful. Parking was available underneath. A nice continental breakfast buffet with perfect cappuccino."
