- Due to the size and layout of the villa, it is best suited to smaller groups of 4 - 5 guests
- Neighbouring houses can sometimes be heard when families enjoy the exteriors and pool, particularly in peak season. It is not obtrusive, but nice to know before you book
- The double bed upstairs is 135 cm x 190 cm
- The twin bedroom beds are L-shaped and cannot be pushed together
- AC in the bedrooms only. The rest of the villa is kept cool with thick stone walls and sea breeze
- Due to the size of the bedrooms, maximum of 1 cot.

The outdoor space is the highlight, with a terrace by the front door for relaxation and another by the BBQ for outdoor meals while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. The property also has fruit-bearing trees like figs and persimmons.
