I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! "We loved our stay at the villa, its a really nice place, very relaxing and a short distance from the beaches and mountains. The air conditioning in the bedrooms could be improved and there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, plus a few more essentials would have been nice to have. But overall a very pleasant experience, the communication was fantastic, questions answered usually within minutes. We would love to come back one day!"
