Dining al-fresco is one of the great pleasures of a holiday villa and Finca Buchaca has a covered terrace with BBQ and ample sun terraces to enjoy pre-dinner drinks. The sparkling swimming pool (8x4mts) has Roman steps and relaxing sun terraces which are comfortably furnished, all set amidst the colourful and olyander scented gardens with ancient carob and olive trees providing welcome summer shade.



The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
