If the house were updated and some minor renovations carried out this would be an amazing villa. However the house is not as bright and airy as the photographs show and when we arrived it had a musty feel to it. "A lovely property although quite small it is well equipped in a quiet area. In easy walking distance to Pollença for bars and restaurants. Excellent communications from the owner.We had a fantastic stay!"

"This is a lovely spacious villa with a beautiful garden and pool. It is a short distance from Pollenca town (20 min walk or short drive). Only a 10 min drive to the beach (Port du Pollenca). Nice outdoor seating area. Two kitchens! One of these has a bbq. Kitchen quite basic in terms of equipment. Beware there were no basics like salt and pepper, water etc when we arrived and only one toilet roll per bathroom! We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend the villa and location."
