"The hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful from start to finish. I would recommend booking breakfast, as it was excellent and you couldn't wish for more choice! No matter what time you turned up there was always plenty to choose from. The outdoor terrace looking out to the bay was beautiful. As we were looking for a relaxing time, we really welcomed it being an adults only hotel. Beach towels were provide, which it would have been helpful to know in advance - purely to save vital packing space! We really liked that the pool was exclusive for guests and could be accessed by your room key card. The QR code ordering for drinks brought to you at the pool, was a nice touch and was very welcome! Prices were not ridiculous either by hotel standards. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily - the daily chocolate delivered to your room was also a nice touch. We had a late flight on the final day and although they were unable to offer a late check out, they did enable us to make use of the pool throughout the day, store our luggage and provide us access to a courtesy room for an hour to shower before leaving. This room helpfully also had fresh towels and a hairdryer. The terrace bar does close at midnight, so a slightly later closing may be appreciated. However, there is a mini bar and room service available if needed. Thank you for a great stay. Would strongly recommend!"

"Great location, clean and enjoyable stay, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative was not being able to buy a morning coffee from the lobby as it was apparently only for guests paying for breakfast. Overall a good stay."

"Location was perfect and the rooms were lovely! We stayed in room 149 and had a sea view which was unexpected. In a great location set back from the road but short stroll to the beach and a nice walk to the main part of Port Pollenca. The bus stop was also not far away, we got the bus to Pollenca, Alcudia old town and Formentor. The sunbeds around the pool were very busy and usually all reserved with towels early."

"This is our 4th stay at Apart hotel Flora. Each time we’ve stayed a little longer. Each time has also been better. This year again they had a lady doing entertainment. Although it was subtle it was nice to have a friendly face around everyday asking if people want to join in activities etc. I liked the music by the pool this year. Also the shallow area in the big pool is great having two children of different ages so one can play in the deeper end whilst one’s in the shallow area. The rooms were kept clean by the lovely maids. The whole place was very kid friendly. The park is pretty run down but there’s so much to do there you don’t need the park. The kids were in the pool the whole time instead of we’d play on the beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the road (flat and perfect for prams and people with poor mobility like me). Also the new agromart opened next door was perfect to pop to to pick up breakfast / lunch / snacks. It had lovely healthy fresh foods. Overall loved our stay. One of our best holidays we’ve had with the kids!"
