Mirador Blue L is a newly built luxury duplex apartment for 5 people located in front of the Cala Sant Vicenç beach with a garden, WIFI and AACC.
This apartment has an excellent location overlooking the sea and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntanta that can be enjoyed from its open garden and the wonderful terrace with views of the sea. On the terrace there are outdoor sofas and chairs, as well as an outdoor dining room with fabulous views of the beach.
The apartment offers a second very spacious attic terrace with hammocks, BBQ and panoramic views of the sea and the Serra de Tramuntana.
Mirador Blue L offers three rooms:
- The first room has two single beds joined together as a double and has a private bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace.
- The second room offers two single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
- The third bedroom has an 80 x 190 cm bed and access to a small rear terrace.
In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that leads to the bright private terrace with excellent views of the sea.
The Mirador Blue L apartment offers its clients high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and hot and cold air conditioning. In front of the house there is a large free public parking. There is also a private car park in the building that costs €6/day.

Fabulous location, great apartment
A lovely apartment overlooking the beach, great for 2 couples. Well equipped, everything we needed for a few days by the beach. Appreciated the little touches, cleaning products, tea and coffee all in the apartment.

Excellent location, spacious apartment
The apartment is large and spacious and in an excellent location. The outdoor areas are wonderful! The apartment is spacious and bed is very comfortable.
Some maintenance and care is required:
- Toilet seat in the second bathroom is broken
- Handle on the inside of the front door is almost coming off
- Kettle doesn’t stop boiling, needs to be manually stopped
- Filter coffee machine takes so long to make the coffee that it turns off
- cleaning could be better - there was sand in the shower and a dirty towel left in the back of a bedroom door

We have high standards when it comes to cleanliness. Unfortunately, there are carpets in the apartment, albeit few in number. You are allowed to pick them up from time to time and clean the sand underneath. Furthermore, the dishes may be checked from time to time. 2 wine glasses and 3 drinking glasses on 6 beds -> missmatch. The outdoor chairs can also be cleaned regularly with a brush. But the bottom line is great location, great apartment, but don't forget the details. Otherwise it would be a 6 out of 6, it doesn't need much!

The location was great and right next to a beautiful beach. There were restaurants nearby. It was nice to sit off the balcony and listen to the live music coming from the the hotel.
Just be aware, there is no body soap and there was no laundry detergent so make sure you bring your own.
Also, the key to the house was hard to manipulate and the customer service was useless. You need to tell the guests to enter the key with the words on the key on the underside. Turn it twice to hear 2 clicks and then a little bit more to open the door. Do the opposite to lock the door.
Also it advertises that there is parking but it’s not parking on the property. It is either street parking or a public lot across the street.
The condo is in a perfect spot. Just a short walk across the street and you are at the beach. The town has everything you need without the party scene. The condo is kept clean and nicely maintained. My one recommendation would be to provide a few more amenities: garbage bags, shampoo, extra roll of toilet paper. We would definitely stay here again.
The 3 bdr apartment with huge roof terrace and big balcony is just perfect for up to 5 people- with a setting 100 meters from the ocean.
Spacious interior and fine kitchen - though the kitchen equipment does not live up to the general standard of the apartment - if you cook bring your own knives and other critical equipment - including an espresso coffee brewer that works on induction stowe. Pans are almost useless.
The aircon works perfect, the roof terrace os spectacular and the beds /matresses are high quality(firm): expect to sleep well though your vacation.

Tolle Unterkunft für eine Familie an einem sehr schönen Strand gelegen!
Geräumige Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht . Sehr schöner Balkon/Terrasse.
Es war ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung und am letzten Abend ist die Heizung/Klimaanlage aus irgendeinem Grund nicht angegangen.

Amazing stay!
Everything was very clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable. They had a crib and high chair waiting for us in the room, kitchen was very well equipped and amazing views! Balcony was very nice. They were also available all the time on phone and answered our questions right away, great service!
Only thing is that if you're staying at the farther apartments it's a bit of a walk to get to the beach.

Superb position with beach views.
spacious apartment with uncluttered feel
Pre season inspection and testing of lights, water pressure (affected by limescale to taps and showers) and setting up of satellite Tv so both English and German channels are available. Once faults were brought to Gabriels attention, all defects were attended to quickly.
