This beautiful villa is located halfway between the beautiful village of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa, one of the most famous enclaves of Mallorca.



On the ground floor is the living room with direct access to the large and beautiful porch terrace with access to the garden and pool. The house has a large fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a pantry, a laundry room and a toilet. A double bedroom and its corresponding bathroom complete the lower part of the house.



On the upper floor are the rest of the rooms: one double and one twin, both sharing a bathroom. It should be noted that all bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, following energy saving and efficiency initiatives, the air conditioning can only be used from 18:00 to 08:00. These schedules cannot be extended or changed. Apart from air conditioning, guests will also find fans.



It has a very spacious exterior with barbecue and a porch overlooking the garden, pool and varied outdoor furniture. For its part, the rectangular pool of generous dimensions consists of steps that facilitate access.



The property is located close to Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
