Villa Siller Roqueta for six people with pool

Villa Roqueta de Siller is an elegant and cosy villa located in the heart of Mallorca, ideal for a peaceful and memorable holiday. With capacity for 6 people, the property has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living areas and private gardens that guarantee total privacy.



Distributed over two floors, the villa offers a modern design with large windows that fill the spaces with natural light. On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with single beds, a family bathroom and a washing machine.



The exterior offers Mediterranean gardens, shaded terraces, a brick barbecue and a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The air conditioning operates on a scheduled timetable (14:00–16:00 and 20:00–08:00), and the tourist tax is already included in the price.

Important information to note:

In case of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registration of all guests.
