"Casa Romana is a wonderful old house in the center of the beautiful town of Pollensa. The house is lovely and a great place to relax and even have some privacy while traveling with family. "We stayed for 4 nights in June - the property is very characterful, and well located for Pollenca which is a lovely town - even if there are quite a few stairs to navigate if you're walking!The small garden and roof terrace are great and the air-conditioning worked well during our stayPilar, the host, was very easy to deal with, and the property was easy to find even if Pollenca is not the easiest town to drive around !! :) "

"We had 2 nights at the hotel . The air conditioning did not work on the first night which made the room unbearable. However the staff Especially a gentleman called Nonu went the extra mile with us. He ensured that any enquiry or request was dealt with professionally and therefore made the stay run smoothly and friendly"

"Great Hotel with a bouquet approach but when we visited it had large family group with various ages of children. No issues with this per say but the pool and dining room were not big enough to accommodate. We had a couple of minor issues with the room but these were resolved immediately. Staff very pleasant and attentive."

"Fantastic accommodation and very good value for money. Our children were kept entertained by Luciano and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The apartment was kept beautifully clean. The shuttle bus was fantastic and meant we could get into Puerto Pollensa with ease. Some days we went in morning and evening. We will definitely return!"

"The hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful from start to finish. I would recommend booking breakfast, as it was excellent and you couldn't wish for more choice! No matter what time you turned up there was always plenty to choose from. The outdoor terrace looking out to the bay was beautiful. As we were looking for a relaxing time, we really welcomed it being an adults only hotel. Beach towels were provide, which it would have been helpful to know in advance - purely to save vital packing space! We really liked that the pool was exclusive for guests and could be accessed by your room key card. The QR code ordering for drinks brought to you at the pool, was a nice touch and was very welcome! Prices were not ridiculous either by hotel standards. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily - the daily chocolate delivered to your room was also a nice touch. We had a late flight on the final day and although they were unable to offer a late check out, they did enable us to make use of the pool throughout the day, store our luggage and provide us access to a courtesy room for an hour to shower before leaving. This room helpfully also had fresh towels and a hairdryer. The terrace bar does close at midnight, so a slightly later closing may be appreciated. However, there is a mini bar and room service available if needed. Thank you for a great stay. Would strongly recommend!"
