Located in front of the sea, the elegant Beachfront Apartment Sivella Mar enjoys one of the most exclusive locations in Puerto de Pollensa and is very close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach on your doorstep. With 1 bedroom, large living room, balcony, private parking and even an additional roof top solarium, this apartment is designed to impress.

The interior of the apartment is modern, stylish and newly decorated to offer an even better vacation experience. Also, being located on a corner plot, allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day providing a great feeling of space and freedom. It has 1 bedroom, one double, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment is air-conditioned (at fixed times, from 2pm-4pm and from 8pm-8am).

Large doors open onto the front balcony, allowing for stunning views of the sandy beach, promenade and Pollensa bay. A flight of stairs also leads to the roof terrace, a private area that boasts the most sensational views and plenty of extra space. For the convenience of our guests, even if a car is not necessary at this property, private (locked) parking is available on the premises free of charge.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Views to die for!

Loved the location and magnificent views. Loved the stylish decor and furniture. Well equipped and comfortable. The weather was scorching and there was no outdoor space with shade. A canopy over the balcony would be beneficial. Also no instructions for kitchen equipment and no basic information of where to put rubbish etc
