Fantastic villa 800m from the beach and private pool

  • Villa recently renovated in 2019, new mattresses and new furniture as well as floors and facilities, has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and separate shower and another bathroom with shower, separate barbecue with wood grill and wood oven, spacious living room for 8 people, 2 terraces, pool and large garden, SkyTV satellite TV and wireless internet. Very sunny throughout the day. very well located just 5 minutes from the center of Puerto de Pollença walking and 5 minutes from the beach, supermarket 1 minute. It is not necessary car.
