Nestled within beautiful greenery, the holiday home Rosa is located in a country sul-de-sac on the outskirts of Pollença and offers a mountain view. The fantastic holiday home boasts rustic charm and consists of a Mallorcan-style living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and satellite TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The highlight of this property is its private outdoor area with a garden, a furnished covered terrace, a pool and a barbecue. Here you can relax on the sun loungers with a good book and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. In approximately 5 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Pollença with restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. In under 10 minutes driving you will arrive at the glorious coastline where you can unwind on one of the beautiful beaches. Furthermore, Port de Pollença is approximately 8 minutes away by car and Palma de Mallorca airport is a 46-minute drive away (62 km).
