This lovely country house, with 3 bedrooms, is situated a mere 3 kms from Pollensa old town. A charming mix of rustic farmhouse with modern touches, it is bright and airy with cool shades of white and cream throughout. On the upper level there is a twin bedded room and a double bedroom and a full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a third bedroom with twin beds, and a shower room. The sitting / dining room is smart and comfortable, with an open fireplace and a TV, DVD and CD player. There is also Wifi at this house. The bedrooms all have air conditioning.The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons.Outdoors there is a shaded terrace, and a covered BBQ area, all that you need for al fresco dining. Simply wow

Es war ein sensationeller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung durch Nordvillas. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Kleiner und einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass der Pool ungeheizt war. Aber dies hat dem tollen Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Die Finca. Das man die Beleuchtung selbst einschalten kann. Gepflegter Außenbereich Gartenarbeiten am Tag der Abreise erledigen und nicht während des Aufenthalts. Stärker prüfen ob alles in Ordnung ist, z.b. Sitzkissen oder Bezüge, Duschköpfe Toilettenspülung, Spiegel an der Ein-und Ausfahrt um den Verkehr zu sehen

Great villa but uncomfortable double bed

We enjoyed everything about the villa which had a very well stocked kitchen, and the perfect garden/pool for our family. Even when the kettle broke it was replaced quickly so wasn't a problem. The only issue we had was how uncomfortable the double bed was (but we are sensitive sleepers when we are not in our own bed so it might be ok for others!). Ultimately a great option for a young family.

Das schlechte zuerst: 1. die Bilder sind perspektivisch genial geschossen! Es ist alles kleiner als es auf den Bildern aussieht. 2. die angegebene Größe des Grundstücks (6000m2) bezieht sich auf das gesamte Areal und nicht den tatsächlichen Garten mit Gebäude. Das sind ca. 1000-1200m2, grob abgemessen. Nun das positive: Alles was angepriesen wurde stimmt! Die Finca ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie hat Flair und ist richtig gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht. Die Lage ist auch vorteilhaft. Im Nordwesten Mallorcas, ca. 45 Minuten vom Flughafen mit dem Auto, liegt sie zwischen Pollença und Port de Pollença, umgeben von anderen Fincas und Landwirtschaft. Ruhig aber dennoch zentral genug um alles schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt.
