Lovely villa in Pollença, countryside

From its peaceful location in the wetland nature reserve Albufereta, Catalina d'en Picarol Gran offers you fantastic views that get lost in the distance towards the peninsula of Formentor(Pollença) on one hand and on the other towards Alcudia.

It is located just 600 meters from Pollença's Bay Beach. Another is the fact that it is within 5 km of the three major urban centers in the north of the island, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.

The house is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside whilst having the amenities offered in the city center just in a few minutes.

It is a rural house that, however, have all the amenities you may need.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen achttägigen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Finka in der Nähe von Pollenca.Die Lage war absolut idyllisch und bot uns maximale Privatsphäre.Der große Pool war ein echtes Highlight, und die Einrichtung war gemütlich sowie mit traditionellen Elementen liebevoll gestaltet.Der Vermieter war äußerst zuvorkommend, stets erreichbar über WhatsApp und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Zudem war alles Notwendige vorhanden, von der Waschmaschine bis zum Bügelbrett.Die Nähe zum Meer war ein zusätzlich Pluspunkt.Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben jede Minute genossen.Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag möchten wir anregen, eventuell Moskitonetze über den Betten anzubringen und ein Fliegengitter im Badezimmerfenster zu installieren.Das würde den Aufenthalt in den Abendstunden noch angenehmer machen.Insgesamt war es jedoch ein traumhaftes Erlebnis!Wir kommen wieder!Nicole S.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und gleichzeitig die Ruhe zu genießen. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind ein absolutes Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos auf Englisch und wir erhielten alle wichtigen Informationen wenn wir sie benötigten. Der Gastgeber stand und immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Wonderful Accommodation in an Excellent location for exploring the north of the Island. The Villa was clean and well kept, with everything needed for the stay. The pool and outside area well laid out, with a lovely sociable eating & BBQ area.

Schöner Urlaub

Beautiful villa with mountain views

Loved our stay here. Very peaceful. Best of everything. Mountain views, lovely pool, close to safe, clean beach and close to Pollensa old town and Alcudia - which are both beautiful. Recommend the Pollensa market on Sundays and the Pollensa steps, sunset kayaking, dinner in Alcudia and a trip up into the Mountains (Lluc monastery is a good distance). Villa was beautiful. A very relaxing week. Communication with Pablo was super easy. Pack mosquito spray!!

Idyllisch gelegene Finca mit tollem Pool

Ein sehr schönes Haus für 4 Personen mit traumhaftem Pool. Sehr ruhig in der Natur gelegen und doch nah an Alcudia und Port Polenca mit allem was man braucht. Neben dem tollen Pool ist der Grill ein Highlight und das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Natürlich bringt die Lage auch die eine oder andere Mücke und Ameise mit sich, aber wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein toller und sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Pablo und Familie.

Perfect little villa 10/10

We had a great week in Finca Cap Redo. A beautifully quiet location, but just a short drive away from Puerta Pollenca. The facilities were great, everything you could need is there. The pool was superb and the gardens were well kept, we may have had a couple of lemons from the tree to put in our drinks. Pablo is a fantastic host, communication was easy and swiftly answered. I would not hesitate to stay here again. An altogether wonderful experience!

Lovely, quiet finca

I had a great stay in Pablo's little finca. Surrounded by fields but less than 10 minutes to the supermarket and to Port Pollenca. Nice pool, peace and quiet. And thanks to Pablo's wife for the lovely eggs from their chickens. Thinking of booking another week late Summer!

Abschalten garantiert

Für zwei Personen ist die kleine Villa perfekt. Abgelegen lässt sie sofort abschalten vom Alltag und ist trotzdem für Ausflüge super gelegen. Wir haben unsre Zeit sehr genossen und danken auch den lieben Gastgebern die sich sehr gekümmert haben und stets erreichbar waren.

Tolle Finca

Die Finca biette alles was man sich wünschen kann. Gute Ausstattung, prima Lage (ruhig und doch kurze Wege zu den Orten in der Umgebung) und mit Pablo einen Gastgeber, der sich sehr gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Der Pool ist super, die Liegen bequem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen!

Idyllic and peaceful rural villa with lovely pool

The villa has a beautiful secluded setting at the end of a quiet lane, with the closest properties at least a field distant, giving total privacy. From the windows & garden there are extensive views of the spectacular nearby mountains, especially breath-taking at sunset when the crickets are singing. The pretty garden has many lovely flowers, as well as lemon, fig, olive and palm trees and vines along the walls. The saline swimming pool is a good size, immaculate (cleaned 3 times during our 10 day stay) & warm, 2m at the deep end, with comfortable sun loungers and parasol. We loved watching our regular avian visitors, the swifts, dipping down to the surface of the water. The outdoor dining area is a joy to use. The house was spic & span, lots of towels provided and with everything we required in the well equipped kitchen. The twin bedded & king size rooms both had efficient air conditioning, very much appreciated! There is a useful outside laundry room with washing machine, airer, iron etc, and an outdoor pool shower (cold) & tap to rinse sandy feet when returning from the beach. Pablo, Catalina and family were welcoming, friendly & accommodating; communication was always responded to swiftly & pleasantly. If you wish to get around the area a hire car is needed due to the rural location, but for us this was a plus. We had an excellent stay, our experience was extremely positive & we'd 100% recommend this villa without hesitation. We'd love to return. Thank you Pablo & family!

Tranquil spot outside Pollença

Pablo, Catalina and Geronia are lovely people, and their villa, with its lovely pool and other amenities, was a perfect place to stay. We were very impressed that on finding the washing machine problematic, it was, without request, replaced the next day with a brand-new machine. So to them: Gràcies per una estada encantadora!

Perfect quiet villa outside of Puerto Pollensa

We absolutely loved our stay at Finca Cap Redo! The villa was just what we were looking for - in a beautiful, peaceful location but with Puerto Pollensa in easy reach. We LOVED the pool and eating on the terrace (the villa was really well stocked for cooking at home) and the surrounding country roads were ideal for running. We even had a run to the Old Town of Pollensa so everything is so close! The lovely gardeners came to look after the pool and we also met the owner who was incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be going back!
