Lovely holiday villa just outside Pollensa, situated in a nice and quiet area. There are a beautiful garden and a generously sized swimming-pool with Roman steps, surrounded by a nice sun deck with sun loungers. The garden is well kept and the grass lawn is ideal for children's games. There is a large, covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden with a dining area and bbq. The interior is light and spacious with a nice blend of traditional Majorcan feel and modern comfort. There is an open plan lounge with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player, dining area, and direct access out onto the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of cupboard space, as well as a dishwasher and microwave oven. There is also a washing machine. On the ground floor, you will find a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony.
