Summer break

The location of this property is fantastic, just a short walk into the centre of Pollenca and all of the restaurants and shops. Having been to this area many times on the holiday this is the best location I have found yet. The property is in a lovely setting and has plenty of space inside and out for a family stay. Like all rentals some of the amenities need a little tlc but nothing to cause any real issues. All in all a lovely villa in a fantastic location.

Great villa, location was superb.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Can Bach, the villa was as described, the hosts were very helpful and the location was superb, it was just a short walk from Pollensa Old Town where there are many restaurants & shops and frequent buses to Puerto Pollensa. The pool area was lovely with surrounding trees also providing shade to relax in. The pool was clean and well maintained. The villa would benefit from some additional comfortable seating both inside and outside and a tv and satellite upgrade, as we were unable to get UK TV or use HDMI to connect laptops. You do get used to the road noise, a small price to pay for such a fantastic location.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was difficult. One day pool cleaners showed up we weren't aware of. We didn't know where to dispose of trash and what the expectation as check out was. Typically, homes have a book with instructions or send you an email with this information but there was nothing there. We also weren't informed about the fact that there was no basic toiletries like small bottles of shampoo or soap although the soap dispensers were filled. There was only one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Not having been to this island or location it would be nice to have a heads up that this what the home is stocked with and this is what you will need to bring or buy. The internet connection was a bit shaky as it would come and go but not too bad. The property had an amazing view, there was a very nice bottle of wine and a note from the owner left for us. We also had beach/pool towels and a washer which was great. We were also a quick drive from some restaurants and a grocery store. We would surely stay here again and this time know exactly how to prepare. Take lots of mosquito spray they are everywhere on the island so stock up.

Wunderschöne Finca in bester Lage

Die Finca ist sehr schön und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf Pollenca, welches man in 10 Gehminuten erreichen kann. Die Gartenanlage mit dem Pool ist wunderschön und bietet genug Privatsphäre. Die Berge, die Stadt und die Nähe zum Strand bieten abwechslungsreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
