Perfect

The villa was in a great location for a short stroll into town, but far enough away to feel like a peaceful country retreat. Everything was there if we wanted to have dinner at the villa too, with a well equipped kitchen inside and a great outdoor barbecue area with another fridge freezer. The outdoor seating area was perfect too. The best thing about the place is the pool though, which our two girls were in every opportunity they had! It’s a great size and had more than enough space for the four of us. A welcome hamper/basket would be a nice touch, especially as it’s self catering. We arrive fairly late due to flight times and had to rush around to the shops to pick up some basics so to have something there already would’ve been really helpful.

With attention this villa could be so much better

Great location with short walk to Pollensa and 10 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa. Lovely outside area and large downstairs wc/shower room. No welcome pack provided which is unusual and insufficient towels. (A bottle of water delivered the following day after we contacted Sealand villas, but too little too late. Extra towels also arrived after we raised the issue). All appliances, utensils and glasses need cleaning. Bedrooms very basic and upstairs wc/shower room smells so we avoided using. Gates to property very narrow and driveway is quite steep so not suitable for a large car, we decided to park on the road outside to avoid scratching the medium sized hire car. No information pack available for appliances air conditioning, cooker TV etc. Property in shade until late morning in September, not an issue for us but worth knowing.
