It’s all about location at Villa Llenaire, being just a short stroll and a few hundred metres from the beautiful sandy beach at Roca de Llenaire. From here you can take a steady walk along the beach to the centre of Port de Pollensa with its huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars whilst taking in the wonderful sea views. An ideal base for exploring the area, the villa has four spacious air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms located all on the ground floor level. This traditionally furnished villa also benefits from a large comfortable lounge complete with open plan dining area. Externally the modern pool and terrace area offers ample shade should you wish to escape the midday sun, or just spend an evening relaxing by the pool.

Mobility Statement
To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are from the terrace which are 160cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 105cm wide, the grounds are flat and there is ladder access into the pool itself. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which can be any of the bedrooms and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 60cm wide which can be either of the bathrooms.
