Lovely and spacious re-designed villa 5 minutes driving to Pollensa old town. All the rooms are at ground level. In the lounge-diner there's a comfortable seating area with satellite television, a dvd/cd stereo. There is a complete kitchen with washing machine. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom and a complete bathroom. The outdoor area is totally remodeled with a new and comfortable out door sofa, new sun beds and new chairs, this area is perfect for relaxing surrounded by citrus and olive trees, the house looks south facing, so has sun all day. Villa Marina de Malagarba is a lovely family villa with great outdoor area, ideal for families with a young children.
