Villa Pi tort is a spacious 4-bedroom house, with capacity for 8 people, private pool, extensive outdoor areas, and all modern amenities, including WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.

Located on the main street leading to Cala San Vicente, Villa Pi tort slightly rises above street level and is surrounded by hedges that provide privacy. Upon entering through the property gates and passing under a charming arch covered with vines, a few steps lead to the main door of the villa.

The living and dining room, spacious and bright with an ornamental brick fireplace adds a touch of warmth to the environment, while the dining table with chairs is ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. From the dining room, the patio doors open directly to the terrace surrounding the pool, offering a perfect transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The kitchen, which is well-equipped and functional, is located adjacent to the living room and has direct access to the barbecue terrace. Among the available appliances are a complete oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle, everything necessary to prepare your favorite dishes during your stay.

On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms that share a bathroom.
