Villa Tramuntana Sol by Villa Plus

Villa Tramuntana Sol has excellent views from its location in the Pollensa countryside over the surrounding landscape and Tramuntana Mountains. The villa is only a short drive from the Old Town's tapas restaurants and shops, and a little further from the fashionable eating places and beach at Puerto Pollensa. This impressive 4 bedroom house has a large private pool, an authentic stone exterior and well designed interiors. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all of the bedrooms are provided.

Villa Tramuntana Sol is in a great, secluded countryside position, with views of the imposing mountains behind the house. You'll have everything you need within a short drive, including the traditional restaurants of the old town to the beaches and bistros of both Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. Families will also love the nearby waterpark, or, if you fancy a game of golf during your villa holiday, there are 2 excellent courses in the area, one with fantastic coastal views!

Main pool: 9.8 x 5.3 mtr, 1.2 - 2 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
