Once you enter the villa grounds with its feeling of complete relaxation and surrounded by greenery, it is hard to believe that you are just a short walk from all of the island life going on around you.

As you enter the villa, you have a driveway with a garage and steps leading you up to the front entrance of the house

Step inside the villa and you will be greeted by a traditional home feel offering a lounge with comfy sofas and a flat screen TV. This leads onto the dining room and you also have the kitchen that is fully equipped, perfect for you to try your hand at cooking some local Mallorcan cuisine.

Villa Voltor Cinco homes 4 bedrooms; one double, one twin and two singles, with one of the bedrooms leading out onto a terrace overlooking the lovely gardens. It also offers 3 bathrooms; 2 with a shower and 1 with a bath.

No villa is complete without its own private pool and chill out space; offering plenty of outside space, there is a glorious terrace with seating both in the open and covered, where you can enjoy dining al fresco either under the midday sun whilst overlooking the inviting pool or under the stars once the evening draws in.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 12 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 78cm. Paths from the villa to the pool are 80cm wide, there are 7 steps down to the pool and also steps to enter the pool. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide.
