Great potential .... Needs a bit more effort

One towel for 2. No soap at all. Even at basin there's a soap dispenser but was empty. I left without having a bath. Security needs improvement. Anyone enters unscreened and leaves via an automated gate that just open for any car via some sensor. Felt very unsafe.

Disappointing Visit!

I have always chosen this property for the past 25 years till 4 years ago when I moved my business overseas.... I came back this year to find changes...in ownership but most worrying in management... While it must be the economy of the country being down, I did not understand or even accept that the poor service or the lack of it could be attributed to these reasons. THE MANAGEMENT MUST SERIOUSLY SHAKE-UP their matters all round.... OR SELL THE PLACE TO A SERIOUS HOTELLIER!!!! You cant close in the middle of a holiday season... you cant be half open...half pregnant.... Leave guest to do their own beddings!!!!! I like this property, location, pricing, privacy and offering.... but this time it was a Disappointing Visit!!!
