"Left to our own devices: a security nightmare. Unfortunately, I must strongly advise against staying at this property; the experience was traumatic and the emergency management was nonexistent. During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time.
