"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

Grand Hotel in Porto Cervo

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Porto Cervo! The property is absolutely beautiful - lush green hotel with direct beach access and big beautiful pool. We stayed at the suite overlooking the ocean - it was a spacious one bedroom with a large balcony and amazing bathroom. Despite the hot weather outside, AC was making our rooms cool and cozy. Special appreciation to the beach club - we really enjoyed the soft loungers in the shade and a great restaurant. Hotel is located perfectly close to Porto cervo and surrounded by beautiful nature. Staff was courteous and helpful, Romina and Luca - thank you for your help :) Few things to note: WiFi is not very strong, so don’t plan to work from the hotel. Food is large portions, taste was ok but you are so close to many restaurants in Porto Cervo so it doesn’t matter. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Porto Cervo!"

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, beautifully appointed, and impeccably maintained the villa was. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, creating a luxurious yet comfortable place to relax and unwind.The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning pool area. Sitting by the pool while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views over the port and the surrounding Sardinian countryside was simply unforgettable. The villa's elevated position high on the hillside means the drive up is a little steep, but the spectacular views are more than worth it and make this property truly special.The location is perfect for exploring Porto Cervo and the beautiful Costa Smeralda, with easy access to pristine beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping, and the area's many attractions, while still offering a peaceful and private retreat to return to each day.If you're looking for a luxurious villa with exceptional facilities, incredible views, and the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, this is it. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia."

"The property is better than the listing. Beautiful views. Lots of privacy for a large group to sit in various areas of the property or all gather around the pool or outdoor table. We enjoyed a private chef night and could seat all our group between the indoor and outdoor tables. We had mid trip cleaning service which was excellent. Maurizio helped us with any needs we had. Thank you to him for making such a large group work. Highly recommended."
