"Everything was great"

"Room was clean, air conditioner was very loud. The room was on the smaller side, but it seems to be an older building. The hot tub was not working so the water was as cool as the pool. The outside amenities, (bags, ping pong etc) was a nice way to spend some down time. Overall the facility was nice, the parking garage has a steep incline when entering or decline when leaving, but plenty of parking. Within walking distance to many stores. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again, most definitely."

"The room was clean and comfortable. We got there late and just stayed overnight so did not use any amenities. We did however purchase the breakfast package for convenience as we were not familiar with other options in the area. I made sure to confirm this at check-in and was told the hours were 7-10:30 on Sunday. We arrived for breakfast at 8:25 and were told that the restaurant would not honor our voucher as it was holding a special reservation only event. We talked to the front desk staff, then the manager - although they did apologize in a cold fashion they certainly didn’t seem to care at all and did not offer any alternative solutions. We did get a cash refund. Apparently this situation had happened several times with other customers that morning. We needed to walk 1/2 mile to the Ala Moana Mall to eat plate lunch at their food court."

"Room was clean, staff in the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok they just had breakfast sandwiches from jimmy johns, fruit ,and cereal."

"The hotel location was good however the hotel itself was average. There was no coffee machine in the room nor microwave. The pool was so small . I think only one person can be in it at time . I guess for the price , you can live with it ."

"Easy and free self-parking was our first favorite perk! We were greeted by super helpful parking staff and were lucky to check in a little early after being told by front desk when I called earlier that they do not offer early check in. The front desk staff was helpful as well- for some reason I was assigned an ADA accessible room when I made my reservation online and the staff was able to accommodate a change for us and put our family in a regular room so someone that actually needs this type of room can take it. Our suite was a good size with two comfortable beds. We had everything we needed if we needed if we wanted to cook a meal in our suite. We had a great area to lounge along with a beautiful view from our balcony. We were told that we would only get our room cleaned once- which is totally okay, however we were pleasantly surprised to have our room serviced a few times during our stay. Breakfast was great for us as the hotel offered a morning buffet with variety. The hotel’s private use beach area was great along with the pools. They could use a few more umbrellas in the pool area for the pool loungers and the use of chairs for the beach should be complimentary like most other hotels- it was $15 a day, per person to use the chairs. Only nuisance was the concierge/sales staff. I had excessive calls/emails trying to set up a time share presentation while we were out trying to enjoy our day. I told the individual that I was at the beach and she continued to call."
