The cottage features welcoming interiors furnished in traditional rustic style and equipped with modern comforts.

Ground floor: access from the covered patio into the living/dining room with fireplace, double sofa bed and kitchen area; 1 double bedroom with access door onto a shaded, furnished terrace, 1 bathroom with shower; 1 bathroom with shower for garden and swimming use (with only external access). Portable air conditioner.

A spacious, fully fenced garden surrounded by mature oak trees, with a covered furnished patio, an outdoor dining terrace and a private swimming pool.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the cottage, garden and swimming pool.

The owners live in a separate house approximately 50 m away, with their own private entrance and outdoor area, and are available if needed during the stay.

It is compulsory to read all information provided under the DESCRIPTION & HOUSE RULES section before submitting a booking request.

Included in the rental price: Set of bed and bath linen*, electricity/water and kitchen gas consumption, baby cot & highchair, Wi-Fi.

*For stays of 14 nights or longer, a fresh set of bed and bath linen is provided every 7 nights.

Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): final cleaning € 75, pet € 50/each per stay - max 2, Tourist tax (wehere applicable), security deposit € 250 in cash upon arrival.

Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (on request): Portable air conditioning € 10/day, heating on consumption € 5/m3.
