"The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. "We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room. Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage."

"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...
